-Presidential hopeful Hillary Rodham Clinton has confronted Barack Obama about whether plagiarism was used during his campaign.
During a political debate on Thursday, Clinton confronted Obama about whether plagiarism has been used in his speeches. Clinton said his political message was "a change you can Xerox."
Despite Obama's current winning streak, the accusation has made voters question the validity of his campaign.
The March 4 primaries in Texas and Ohio are approaching, and the campaigning is getting rough for Clinton, who lags behind Obama. Clinton's advisers claim that she "needed to be more assertive in making him seem ill-prepared for the job," according to the International Herald Tribune.
Obama, who is one step ahead of Clinton in the race for voters, has denied using plagiarism.
"The notion that I plagiarized . . . is silly," Obama said.
If Clinton succeeds in convincing voters that Obama has not been honest during his speeches, it is possible he could lose the primaries on March 4.
